He was born April 18, 1944 to Lee and Leta (Skeen) Harmon, Sr. in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Lee married Connie Ball on September 2, 1965. She survives of the home.
He worked at Quaker Oats for thirty years as a miller and then the St. Joseph School District as an engineer for ten years.
Mr. Harmon was a member of Quaker Oats Quarter Century Club, United Cereal Workers Local 125 and he was a Christian.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and infant son, Christopher Lee Harmon.
Additional Survivors: daughter, Chantel Dowell, St. Joseph, Missouri; and four grandchildren, Ashley Renee Gordon, Taylor Leigh Dowell, Matthew Ryan Gordon and Dustin Lee Williams, all of St. Joseph, Missouri.
