She was born on March 1, 1966, in Peoria, the daughter of William E. and Nadine M. Williams Everett. She married Scott Clark on April 18, 2008, and he passed away on Aug. 21, 2012, in El Paso, Ill.
Surviving are one daughter, Amber (Eric) Smith; three sons, Ronald (Sharona) Ellis, Craig Ellis and Logan Clark; and one stepson, Scottie (Christie) Clark. Also surviving are five brothers, Steven (Robyn) Williams, Darrell Williams, Thomas (Lorrie) Williams, Brian (Nikhia) Williams and Ed (Leah) Force, as well as one sister, Kirsten Shivers; three granddaughters, Caitlin, Layla and Erianna; and one grandson, Austin.
Terri was a member of Spring Bay American Legion Auxiliary for 21 years. She attended RiversEdge United Methodist Church in Spring Bay.
Honoring Terri's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at Mason Funeral Home in Germantown Hills, with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established at Morton Community Bank for her son, Logan.
