Angelo was the son of the late Antonio and Maria Carmina Coppola and a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Angelo immigrated to the United States in April of 1962, and settled in Schenectady to raise his family. He was employed by the General Electric Company and retired in 1992 after 30 years. He spent endless hours working in his garden.
Angelo was predeceased by his parents; his wife of 37 years, Elisa (Piccirillo) Coppola; his brother, Vincenzo Coppola (of Caserta); his sister, Cicila and brother-in-law, Umberto DeMeo (of Ruviano); and his nephew, Antonello Coppola (of Caserta).
