Obituary - Hazel Marie Jewkes Willesen Hoyt passed away peacefully on December 17, 2014.

She was born January 17, 1935 in Orangeville, Utah to Samuel and Orille Jewkes.

Marie loved life, especially her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed arts and crafts, dancing, and was an amazing cook.

Marie is survived by her son, Casey Willesen; sister, June Mincarelli; grandchildren, Arlen Willesen, Shyla Nelson, Sami Denos (TJ Denos), Tiana Burdick (Brady Burdick), and Lyndi Jackson (JB Jackson); great-granddaughter, Lyla Denos; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Nelson.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Jordan Sixth Ward Chapel, 3650 West 4400 South, West Valley City.

Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, and prior to the services at the church on Monday from 9:30-11:00 a.m.

Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
