Mrs. Christine M. Cope, 77, of Townhouse Apartments, 1827 Walnut St., Allentown, died Saturday at Allentown Osteopathic Medical Center. She was the widow of Ellwood Cope.
She was a licensed practical nurse for many years, specializing in private duty work in Allentown, until retiring in 1977. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Robert T. and Ada (Dreisbach) Muffley. She was a 1962 graduate of the Allentown School of Practical Nursing.
Survivors: Son, Richard H. of Apopka, Fla.; daughters, Christine M., wife of Paul C. Fisher of Orefield R.2 and Patricia A., wife of Philip Anfuso of Coplay; brothers, Robert T. of Vero Beach, Fla., and Warren of Bath; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Services: At the convenience of the family. Arrangements, J. S. Burkholder Funeral Home, 16th and Hamilton Streets, Allentown.
