∼WOMAN DIES AT 96
Ethel Aurelia Cottrell ERICKSEN, 96, died at a Provo rest home of causes incident to age. She was born October 12, 1970, in Farmington to William and Mary Ann Clark COTTERELL. She moved to Mount Pleasant as a child, where she lived until 1952. She was married to Amasa ERICKSEN in Mount Pleasant on November 20, 1889. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple. Mr. Ericksen died April 20, 1949. She was the mother of eight children, seven survived.
Survivors include; Evan A. ERICKSEN, Downey, California; Loren C. ERICKSEN, Burbank, California; Mrs. Marjorie STEWART, Van Nuys, California; Mrs. Ralph (Rita) LEONARD, Portland, Oregon; Mrs. Shoda SNEDDON, Nampa, Idaho; Mrs. L. Croft (Eva) LARSEN, Provo; Mrs. Jack (LoElla) AIME, Orem; one sister, Mrs. Bertha ANDERSON, Mount Pleasant; and a number of half-brothers and sisters in Salt Lake City; fifteen grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday in the Mount Pleasant Third Ward Chapel at 1:00 p.m. and friends may call at the Jacobs Mortuary from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Service. Burial will be in the Mount Pleasant City Cemetery.
