GRAHAM, Andrew A. 83, of Tampa, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012. Andrew was born Nov. 11, 1928, in LaRochelle, France. He served in the U.S. Army for five years. He managed WT Grant, and was a state controller for Polly Flinders. He was in the SAE fraternity for Allegheny College. He was preceded in death by his wife, Neva Byrd Graham; stepbrother, Maurice Lefebvre. He is survived by his sister, Jacqueline G. Harris San Pedro; nephews, John Graham Harris, Kevin Harris; family and friends. Andrew was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
