Mrs. Grace Zimmerman, 83, of 408 N. Wesley, died at 4:30 a.m. Monday at St. John's Hospital.
Born in Loami, Mrs. Zimmerman was the daughter of Eli and Jennie Huggins Kelley.
She retired in 1960 from Fiatallis Manufacturing Co. after 17 years of service.
She was a member of Local No. 1027.
Mrs. Zimmerman was preceded in death by husband, Frederick; one son, Wilbur; one daughter, Sharon Crossin; and four grandchildren.
Surviving are one son, Harold "Gene" Davis of Loami; five daughters, Mrs. Gwen Squires, Mrs. Eloise O'Dell and Mrs. Beverly Coontz, all of Springfield, Mrs. Evelyn Eigenmann of Riverton and Mrs. Betty McAfee of New Berlin; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Mildred Reed of North Hollywood, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Lois Miller of Loami; 23 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Ellinger-Kunz and Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. Peter W. Thomson officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
