Harry A Higgins, 71, single, died Monday night at his home, 408 Walnut St., after a lingering illness. Mr. Higgins was a native of Allegany County and a son of the late Henry and Elizabeth Hudson Higgins. He was a laborer, but had not worked for nearly three years. Surviving are three sisters: Mrs. Nellie Mack, Misses Fannie and Rose Higgins, all of Cumberland.
