Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie Lucille Ivester, 58, of 340 East Hancock Street, who died Sunday, were conducted Tuesday afternoon July 20th from Williams Memorial Chapel. Burial was in West View Cemetery.
A native of Randolph County, she had lived in Baldwin County most of her life, was a retired seamstress and a Baptist.
Survivors include one daughter, Miss Kathy Ivester of Milledgeville, four sons, Larry Ivester, and Howard Sessions both of Milledgeville, Rufus Sessions of Washington, D.C. and Ross Sessions of Barnesville; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Boykin of Savannah and Valula DeVane Mercer of Americus; three brothers, George Harrell of Milledgeville, Tom Harrell of Warner Robins and Joseph W. Harrell of Macon and three grandchildren also survive.
