Julia Kyle Campbell Vaden, age 81, of Blacksburg died Monday, December 22, 2014 at Berkshire Health and Rehab Center. She was born in Albermarle County, VA on July 15, 1933 to the late Charles Howard and Virginia Hunt Campbell.


She was also preceded in death by her husband, Marshall H. Vaden, three brothers, Charlie, Daniel, Clay Campbell; two sisters, Edna Campbell and Mary Jane Pritchett.


She was a long time member of Blacksburg First Wesleyan Church.


She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Jo Ann All of New Castle, Diane and David Reynolds of Claytor Lake, Linda and Wayne Allen of Salem and Brenda and Jason Roslewicz of Magnolia, Delaware; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Jennifer Vaden of Willis, VA; sister, Thelma Smith of Radford; brothers, Sidney Campbell of Christiansburg, VA and Lee Campbell of Charlottesville, VA; thirteen grandchildren, Michael All, Niki Reynolds, Allen Reynolds, Josh Reynolds, Jessie Allen, Nicole Allen, Shane Allen, Ashley Shelburne, Amanda Weddle, Daniel Vaden, Dylan Roslewicz, Levi Roslewicz and Ian Roslewicz; one great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.


Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 1:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Friday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg.
