64 year old Rose Mary Bain of Smithville passed away early Monday morning at her residence. She was a Pentecostal and a homemaker. The funeral will be Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Holly Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the service at 3:30 p.m. She was preceded in death by her parents, Goldie and Mary Braswell Atnip and brothers, Gordon Atnip, Joe B. Atnip, and Bobby Atnip. She is survived by her husband, Toy Johnny "Buck" Bain of Smithville. Three grandchildren, Troy and Angela Bain of Smithville, David Bain of Smithville, and Tina Bain of Smithville. Eight grandchildren, Justin Bass of Smithville, Adam Patterson of Smithville, Jasmine Caldwell of Sparta, Linda Bain of Smithville, Terry Bain of Smithville, Eddie Smith of Manchester, Kendra Bain of McMinnville, and Alyson Bain of Cookeville. Three great grandchildren, Nicholas Lackey, Terrance Bain, and Jaylen Smith of Smithville. Three sisters, Nancy Marie Whitefield of McMinnville, Lois Ann Atnip of Smithville, and Priscilla and Cotton Bain of Smithville. A brother, Duywane Atnip of Joelton. Special friends, Jack and Sue McGuire, Teresa and Don Bryant, and Kay Star along with a host of other family and friends.
