She married James Fremont Bassett (b. May 9, 1859 in Olmstead, Minnesota) November 13, 1890 in Sully Co. South Dakota.

MRS. LOUISE BASSETT

Mrs. Louise Bassett, 70, died Monday at a Tacoma hospital. She was a native of Des Moines, Iowa, and had been a resident of of Pierce County for 30 years. She leaves a son, Earl, of Buckley, with whom she made her home: daughters, Mrs. Lee Manleah of Cle Elum and Mrs Hazel Edwards of Tacoma: 10 grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesdat at 2 p.m. at the Whitmore Chapel in Buckley, the Rev. W.G. Benadom presiding. Burial at Buckley cemetery
