Born in Adams County, she was a daughter of the late Milton and Flora Belle (Davis) Prosser.
Miss Prosser was employed by Snellbaker Shirt Co., York Springs; the C.H. Musselman Co. of Gardners; and retired from Dalhmyer Dress Co., York Springs. She was a member of the Chestnut Grove Lutheran Church, the Sunday School Golden Age Class, and also a member of the York Springs Senior Center.
Survivors include a brother: Harry A. Prosser of Gardners; and two sisters: Florence I. Bream of Gardners; and Blanche P. Ellison of Elma, Wash.
