Loving and Devoted Mother, Grandmother and Daughter

Foxborough-Mary I. (Curran) Robistow, age 75, died on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 surrounded by the comfort of her loving family.

Mary was born in Norwood on June 6, 1933 and was a graduate of Walpole High School Class of 1952. Formerly of Walpole, she has been a Foxborough resident for the past 55 years.

Mary worked for several employers over the years including, Englehart, Amatex, MCI Walpole, Bradlees and most recently as a medical secretary for MCI Norfolk. She was a past president of our local A.A.R.P. and was both a Cub Scout and Girl Scout leader in Foxborough. She was an avid Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and Boston Bruins fan. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and daughter.

Wife of the late Richard Robistow. Beloved mother of Debbie Robistow and Linda Tatro of VT, Paul Robistow of Norton, Diane Olson of VT and Gary Robistow of Attleboro. Daughter of Mildred E. (Stanton) Curran and the late Peter Curran. Loving sister of Dorothy Forte, Robert Curran, Donna Stanton and the late Barbara Stanton. Also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Funeral services are private. Calling Hours are omitted. Arrangements are under the care of the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home 30 South St. Foxborough.
