Obituary - Charles Adams, aged 66, a lifelong resident of Patchogue, died Tuesday at the Suffolk home, Yaphank. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Ruland chapel, with the Rev. Harry S. Crossett officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove cemetery. He is survived by a brother, Howell Adams of Patchogue; and two sisters, Mrs. Edith Williams of Brooklyn and Mrs. Eva Reynolds of Northport.
