After William died in 1875, on 7 Aug 1879 in Trinity Reformed Church in Pottstown, Mary second married Hiram C. Feger (1822-1903). The Reading Times on 9 Aug 1879 reported: "At nine o'clock last night, Mr. H. C. Feger and Mrs. Elizabeth Beecher, of Pottstown, were married at the residence of the latter on King street east of Hanover. Rev. L. K. Evans, of Trinity Reformed Church, was the officiating clergyman. Mr. Feger is connected with the Reading Railroad Company at this place. His bride was the widow of the late William Beecher. The happy couple start to morrow morning on a wedding tour which will take in Cape May and other seaside resorts."
Hiram and Elizabeth sired no children.
She died 25 Aug 1925 in Pottstown from valvular disease of heart, due to chronic nephritis.
