Taylor Franklin Hill, 23 of Miami, OK formerly of Baxter Springs, KS passed from this life on Monday, December 8, 2014 in Picher, OK.

Taylor was born on March 11, 1991 to the union of Glenn and Judy (Brown) Hill.

After graduation he attended Allen County Community College, where he received his associate degree in Art Education.

He was currently employed at Buffalo Run Casino working in surveillance.

Taylor enjoyed performing arts, photography, and anytime he could spend with his nieces and nephews.

Taylor is survived by his parents, Glenn and Judy Hill of Baxter Springs, KS; five sisters, twin sister, Kelsey Mellies and husband Dustin of Frontenac, KS, Heather Brown-Hill of Baxter Springs, KS, Codi Bates and husband Tyler of Gravette, AR, Anissa Orozco and husband Justin of Austin, TX, and Kayle McKloskey and husband Matt of Austin, TX; paternal grandmother, Catherine Hill of Childress, TX; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Taylor is preceded in death by his grandparents, Margie and Richard Snook, and Frank Hill.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the New Life Fellowship Church, 9725 SE Star Rd, Baxter Springs, KS. Pastor Richard Nichols will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Baxter Springs Cemetery.

Family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to Taylor Hill Memorial Arts Scholarship c/o Cindy Adams, ACCC Endowment, 1801 N. Cottonwood, Iola, KS 66749.
