Ervin L. Walker, age 95 of Manchester, passed away June 1, 2010 at Medical Center of Manchester. He was born in Coffee County to the late Joe Walker and May Williams Walker and was a retired sales representative for American General Insurance Company. He had served in the US Air Force and was a member of the Church of Christ. His wife, Josephine Walker, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his brother, Charles P. Walker of Manchester; nieces, Joy Garner of Decherd and Star W. Ryan of Nashville; nephew, David Allen Walker of Memphis.
Graveside services will be conducted 2 PM Friday, June 4, 2010 at Franklin Memorial Gardens. Carl Russell and Bro. Mark Mabrey will officiate.
