Loving father, grandfather, and brother, age 67 of Bear, DE, passed away Monday, October 3, 2005.
Donald was born in Wilmington, DE, son of the late Boles and Elva Napolski. He graduated from P.S. duPont High School and had been a lifelong resident of DE. Donald served in the Delaware Army National Guard. Donald was a truck driver and mechanic. He was employed by Mumford and Miller and Atlantic Aviation for many years. He was a member of the NRA and he enjoyed his special "hang out" at the Red Lion Inn called the soup kitchen. He also enjoyed crabbing, fishing, hunting, and collecting trucker hats.
Donald's beloved wife Betty J. Napolski, passed away in 1997. He will be sadly missed by his son, Rick Napolski and his wife, Kathy, of North East, MD; grandchildren, Jessica Napolski and Natalie Napolski; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Day of Delaware City. Donald was also predeceased by his son, Steve Napolski, in 2001; and his sister, Jeanette Zeches.
Family and friends are invited to visit with Donald's family on Thursday, October 6, 2005, at BEESON FUNERAL HOME OF NEWARK, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Fox Run, from 7-9 pm, and again on Friday, October 7, 2005, from 10-11 am. His funeral service will be at the funeral home on Friday at 11 am. Interment will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park.
