Early Life: Anna was born July 22, 1934, in Lehi, Utah, to Jesse Newbern Butt and Florence Victoria Bambery Butt.
Life's Work/Service/Interests: Anna found a shared love of nature with her sweetheart, Bernard H. Cook, whom she adored and married on June 14, 1950, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Together, they raised three sons, Bernard, Dennis and Neil. She was a devoted wife and mother and found great pride in the achievements of her family. Throughout her life, she called Cedar Fort, American Fork, and Nephi, home. Anna loved music, dancing, sports, flowers and her animals. She loved having a house full of laughter and any child who entered into her home was always welcomed with a hug and a chocolate chip cookie. Anna Butt Cook, wife, mother and Nana, returned to her heavenly home Sunday, December 7, 2014, in Nephi, Utah. She was 80 years old.
