Surviving are her parents and her grandparents, Robert and Marge McWilliams and Patricia Carter, all of Peoria.
Private burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Peoria.
Memorials may be made to the neonatal unit of the Children's Hospital of Illinois at St. Francis Medical Center.
