UNION MILLS -- Services for Dorothy M. Snyder, 65, of Hamilton Street, who died at 11:22 p.m. Thursday in St. Anthony Hospital, Michigan City, after an illness, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Union Baptist Church. Burial will be in Union Mills Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Weaver Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. until services Monday in the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
Mrs. Snyder was born April 23, 1924, in Valparaiso. On Aug. 25, 1944, in Union Mills, she married Richard Snyder. He survives with a daughter, Becky Schweizer, and a son, Todd Snyder, both of Union Mills; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Eva Fredrickson of LaPorte and Genevieve Schultz of Chicago; and three brothers, George Hall of Union Mills, Roy Hall of Cedar Rapids, Mich., and Gerald Root of Boise, Idaho. She was a member of the church.
