Floyd Erwin Adams was born June 18, 1922 in Darby, Montana the son of John Jacob Adams and Clara Smith Adams.
He joined the United States Air Force in 1942 and served during WWII, Vietnam and the Korean conflict before being honorably discharged in 1969. He was a cattle rancher and enjoyed working with wood and metal. Floyd was also a collector of clocks and crystal. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Athens, was the eldest member of the Church Leadership and was the President of the labor of Love.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister and a grandson.
