Funeral service for John Perry Adcock, 67, who died Thursday, November 27, 2014, will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Adcock died on Thursday, November 27, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born December 5, 1946, in Morgan County, to Cecil Elbert Adcock and Eleanor Anders Adcock. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Wreath Holmes. He was a master gardener and was employed by Cooks Pest Control for 25 years.
Survivors include two sons;
Lance Adcock (Jennifer), Jonas Thomas, both of Hartselle; one brother,Charles Adcock (Linda), Panama City, Florida; three sisters, Sylvia Kamp (Marvin), Tampa, Florida, Gail Sandlin (Ed), Athens, Liz Clark (Billy), Priceville; and one grandchild, Alison Eddy.
