George Y. Morgan, 71, of Roswell died Wednesday (Feb. 15, 1989) in Big Spring, Texas.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Ballard Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Roye; his sons, Sammy Morgan and Roy Don Morgan; and his daughters, Dottie Kopp, Norma George and Donna Glenn. He was a retired bookkeeper and had lived in Roswell 30 years.
