Word has been received by Mrs. Ward Smith of Kennedy of the , death of Mrs. Carrie L. Waite, widow of Frank Waite, which occurred Oct. 18, at the home of her sister at Long Beach, Cal. She lived in Westfield until the death of her husband about 12 years ago, going to Kennedy eight years ago. For the past year Mrs. Waite had lived in California. A daughter, Mrs. Harry Edwards of Pitman, N.J., survives. The remains will be taken to Kennedy for funeral and interment.
