THOMAS, Ashley Renee` age 29, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Friday, January 31, 2014 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born May 1, 1984 in Middletown and lived here all her life. She graduated from Middletown High School Class of 2002, and attended Miami University and S.W. College, receiving an Associate Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. She was a homemaker and mother. Ashley enjoyed cooking, writing poetry and was an avid reader. She attended the Stratford Heights Church of God. Preceding her in death were her maternal grandfather, Joseph Thomas; her paternal grandfather, Clarence Greene; and nephew, Gerald Passmore. She is survived by three children, Joseph Watkins, Joshua Watkins, and Evelyn Watkins; her father, Dennis Arnett; her mother, Debra Thomas; the father of her children, Jeremy Watkins; paternal grandmother, Betty Greene; maternal grandmother, Faye Thomas; three brothers, Malcolm Thomas, Devin (Stephanie) Fuller and Aubrey Franklin IV; one sister, Taylor Franklin; three aunts, Rita (Dwayne) Miller, Jill (Dwayne) Chrisman and Angie (Mike) Shirley; four nephews, Malik, Xavier, Daemien and Malachi; and two nieces, Kaiya and Trinity. Private services at the convenience of the family with Rev. Glen Thomas officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, Ohio. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S.
