Evans, Ashley Elizabeth - Age 25, died suddenly Saturday, July 26, 2003, as a result of injuries she received in an automobile accident near Elko, NV. A private family burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery Friday morning August 1, 2003, with a memorial service following at 11:00AM, at the Calvary Cathedral Episcopal Church, Sioux Falls, SD. Visitation begins at noon on Thursday, July 31, 2003, at Miller Funeral Home, 13th & Main Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD (1-800-568-4262). Memorials may be directed to the Ashley E. Evans Scholarship with the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation for first-year medical students from the Sioux Falls area. Ashley graduated Summa Cum Laude, majoring in chemistry and biology, from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN, in 2000. She was presently a student at the Chicago Medical School, Finch University of Health Sciences, Chicago, IL, having just completed her third year.
