Major League Baseball Player. The catcher broke into the big leagues at age 17 as a bonus baby with Baltimore in 1957. He got into 16 games with the Orioles in 1957, 1958 and 1961 and played his last major-league game when he was only 21. The left-handed batter hit .167 (3 for 18) with one double, three runs scored and no runs batted in.
