Ronald was only 7 days old when he died from causes related to influenza.

Note on cemetery marker:
Ronald never had a marker. I purchased one for him on my last visit to AZ and had it delivered to meet me there. I didn't realize that I had goofed and put his mother's maiden name on the marker. I purchased another one with his correct name however it wouldn't arrive until after I had left the state. A funeral director owner told me that if I had it sent to him that he would place it for me. Sadly he passed away before he could set the marker and I believe it has since been lost. I'll place a another one as soon as it's possible for me to do so.

Ronald's death certificate, obituary and funeral home records state that he was placed in this cemetery however the cemetery had no record of burial for him. I believed that he was buried was in the same grave as his uncle, Victor Tracy Ball (Memorial# 11500911), who died a few months earlier at the age of 10. I was able to confirm this with another uncle who was only a small child at the time, but remembers the funeral and that his mother had always told him that there were two babies buried on top of Victor. One at his head and one at his feet, but never went into detail with him.

The funeral home director confirmed that this is a most likely scenario as at that time and earlier on sometimes people would just take their lost ones to the cemetery and bury them themselves. Usually multiple people in one plot, especially babies.
