Walter Den Adel died at his home on Liberty Street at 8:00 a. m. Saturday, November 19, 1927, aged 64 years and 18 days. His death was due to cancer, but his last critical illness was of only three weeks duration. Funeral services were held Monday, at the home at one o'clock, and at the Third Reformed church at 1:80 p. m. Interment was at Graceland Cemetery.
Mr. Den Adel moved to Pella four or five years ago from his farm north of Pella, where he had spent his previous life in honest, industrious living He was highly respected by his neighbors and had acquired a large and well improved farm by his industry. He is survived by his wife, and five sons. Three sisters also survive him Since moving to town, he and his wife have lived quietly in the home built for their occupancy at 802 Liberty Street, where his death occurred
