Former Carmangay Woman Dies in City
Mrs. Leon Runnals, aged 39, of 1313 Third street east, died in hospital here Sunday following a brief illness. She was born at Grand Haven, Colorado, and came to Taber in 1910. Later she moved to Carmangay, and lived there for 12 years before coming to Calgary two years ago.
Surviving are her husband, Leon; a son, Carl, at Lethbridge; her father, H. Gibboney, of Lethbridge; two sisters, Mrs. W. Morden, of Lethbridge; Mrs. F. Bennett, of Orion; a sister in the United States, and a brother, W. Gibboney, of Lethbridge.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday at Jacques funeral home.
