George Crouse, a guest at the Grand Hotel, Wilkes-Barre, and a native of Rock Glen, died Thursday afternoon in the Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre, one hour after admission as a medical patient. Death was attributed to natural causes.
A former resident of Berwick, the deceased was employed as a salesman until his retirement.
Surviving are his wife, Helen, Berwick; six children, Leon Berwick RD 2; Doyle and Mrs. Richard Birt, both of Berwick; Ted, Waverly, N.Y.; William, Raleigh, N.C.; and Mrs. Dorothy Lawn, Berwick; 11 grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. William Dietterick, Berwick.
The funeral will be today at 10 a.m. from the funeral home at 633 E. Third St., Nescopeck. Interment will be in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Berwick.
