OBITUARY: Ona Hash, 80, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Rev. Logan Hedgespeth and Ethel Gertrude Salsman Hedgespeth, was born in Taylor County, Aug. 29, 1912, and died at 4:07 a.m., Thursday, July 29, 1993, in Campbellsville due to an illness. She was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church and was married to William "Jim" Hash Dec. 24, 1931, who preceded her in death April 8, 1974. She was also preceded in death by one son, Harlan Ray Hash in infancy: two brothers and one sister, Howard L. Hedgespeth, George Hedgespeth and Mayme Hedgespeth. Hash is survived by two nieces and three nephews, Aileen Allen, Bernice Underwood and James Hedgespeth, all of Campbellsville, William Hedgespeth of Louisville, and George T. Hedgespeth Jr. of Palmyra, Indiana. Funeral was at 2 p.m., Friday, July 30 at the Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by the Rev. Charlie Hatfield. Burial was in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Brian Allen, David Allen, Stephen Ray Underwood, James Eugene Underwood, Gary Dale Hash, and Lilburn Hedgespeth.
