FOREST, June 26 - Harvey L. Musgrave, 60, Delaware-tp, Hancock-co, father of Madeline Muriel, 16, and Marjie Ellen, 13, killed instantly in an automobile-train crash in Forest Thursday, died in San Antonio hospital, Kenton, Friday night, from injuries received in the same accident.
The Musgraves were en route to the home of a daughter, Mrs. Mary Leeth, in Forest, when their car was struck by a New York Central passenger train at the Zimmerman crossing in Forest. Mrs. Musgrave and her son, Lowell, 7, escaped with minor injuries.
Hardin-co Coroner John A. Mooney, returned a verdict of accidental death in the three cases.
