"At a Court held for Franklin County at the Court house on the 4th day of July 1853
This Last Will and Testament of Miriam Hill Dec'd. was produced in Court and proved by the Oath of Zaddock Bernard and Caleb Tate two of the Subscribing witnesses hereunto and admitted to record: And at a Court held for the Said County at the Courthouse on the 1st day of August 1853 The Executors herein named refusing to qualify as such - On the motion of John Wade Is who made Oath and gave bond and Security according to Law certificate is granted him to obtain Letters of Administration on the Estate of the Said Miriam Hill Dec'd with her Will annexed in due form.
