Richard was born Aug. 27, 1935, the son of Wally and Fern (Rolland) Gilliland. He graduated from Sigourney High School in 1953. On June 27, 1959, he married Mary Ann Eckley. Richard always worked as a truck driver, the last 10 years working for IDS....
Richard enjoyed fixing things, yard work, and time spent with his grandchildren, great-granddaughter and cat, Kalli
