Minnie E. Bicknell, 76, died at 11:30 a.m., Saturday at Brokaw Hospital. She had been ill for six months.

She was born March 5, 1887, in Berea, Ky., a daughter of W. J. and Mary Asble Hayes.

She was married to William K. Bicknell, June 3, 1908, in Richmond, Ky.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Charles Gregory,Mrs. Beulah Rist; two sons, John D. and Hugh; 27 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of the Christian Church and Royal Neighbors of America, Camp 259.

Mrs. Bicknell operated a restaurant at 207 W. Grove for 18 years.
