Webster C. Dettmann, 90, of Augusta, passed away August 31, 2014, with his family.

He was born October 11, 1923, In Antigo, WI [to Henry and Amanda Dettmann]. Webster served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Webster will be remembered for his practical jokes and also his love for hunting, fishing, and carpentry.

He is survived by his two sons, Dennis (Carol) and Donald (Kathy); daughter, Debra (Greg) Raymond; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, including James Stone who loved and took care of him; and two sisters, Martha and Gertrude.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, and five sisters.

Private family services will be held at a later date with burial in Nashville Cemetery in Crandon, WI.
