Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Waters Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Lebanon Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon to service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Baldwyn- Delsie B. Prather 90, passed away peacefully on November 06,2014 at the Baldwyn Nursing Facility after an extended illness. She was born on Feb. 21,1924 to Oliver and Savannah Cooper. She was the oldest living member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Becky Witt (Gene) of Baldwyn and Eddie Prather (Sally) of Booneville; Grandchildren, Jennifer Rinehart (Chris) of Saltillo, Chris and Paige Witt of Baldwyn and Misty Siadak (Ian) of Southaven; Great-grandchildren, Jacie, Abby, Jed Rinehart and Sam Siadak; one brother, Harliss Cooper of St. Louis, Missouri; numerous nieces, nephews and two special nursing facility friends, Nona Wayne Lytal and Murray McKinney.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, David C. Prather (Jan. 20, 2000); her parents and thirteen brothers and sisters.
Services will be Saturday, November 08,2014 at Waters Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chris Rinehart and Bro. David Haynes officiating. Visitation will begin at noon with services following at 2:00 P.M. Burial will be in Lebanon cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Chris Witt, Ian Siadak, Sam Siadak, Jed Rinehart, Danny Cooper, Jerry Cooper, Phil Cooper, Danny Jordan, Steve Williams and Jeff Smith.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Baldwyn Nursing Facility for their loving and compassionate care.
