COLUMBIA -- Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Colonial Funeral Home for Mrs. Maggie Baker Magee, 90, who died at her home in Bunker Hill Thursday. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.
She leaves four sons, Forrest Magee, Bunker Hill, Dempsey Magee, Stockton, Calif., Howard Magee, Pascagoula, Homer Magee, Foxworth; two daughters, Mrs. E. S. Williams, Columbia, and Mrs. E. J. Walton, Meridian; one brother, Robert Baker, Port Arthur, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Mollie Polk, Prentiss, and Mrs. Maud Laird, Gulfport; 32 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.
Her husband, H. G. Magee, died in 1963 at the age of 98 and Mrs. Magee attributed her long life to trusting in the Lord and working hard.
