MILLER, Stuart Donald
January 26, 1927 – March 25, 2012

Stuart passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 25, 2012 with his family at his side.

Dad lived a full and gratifying life with few complaints. He was born and raised in Calgary where he held a variety of jobs in his youth. He finally settled on accounting and became a CA for Touche Ross and Co. Eventually he started his own practice, which the whole family was a part of. Dad enjoyed skiing in the Rockies which is a love he passed to all of his children. Every weekend in the blue volkswagon beetle the family of six would head for the mountains. Dad had the gift of compassion and friendship that he shared with everyone he met through his business and life.

He is survived by his daughters Judy (Jim Lawton) of Turner Valley, and Toni (Mark Agnew); as well as his grandchildren, Kimberly, David, Zachary, Misty, Keenan, and Nicole; and great-granddaughters, Avery, and Piper. Stuart was predeceased by his wife Gerrie, his daughter Janet Runcie, and his son Don.

Funeral Services will be held at First Baptist Church (1311 – 4th Street S.W.) Today, March 29, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.

In living memory of Stuart Miller a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park by McINNIS & HOLLOWAY FUNERAL HOMES Park Memorial Chapel, 5008 ELBOW DRIVE S.W. Telephone: (403)243-8200
