LITTLE GIRL'S LIFE CLAIMED BY TETANUS
Tetanus resulting from a rusty nail injury in one her feet, caused the death at St. John's hospital at 7 o'clock last night of Grace Shue, the nine-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Shue, of 1219 East Brown street.

The little girl stepped on a nail at her home one week ago. Several days ago infection having developed, she was removed to St. John's hospital, but medical attention failed to prevent lockjaw. The remains were removed from the hospital to the undertaking establishment of Kirlin & Egan and later will be taken to the residence where funeral services will be held at a time to be announced later.

Besides her parents, Grace is survived by four brothers, Ernest, Elmer, Henry and William Shue; and two sisters, Helen and Emma.
