Graveside service was at 3 p.m. Oct. 26, 2014, at Smyrna Cemetery in Sunset with Jeff Jackson officiating.

Blaylock was born Oct. 23, 1946 to Elmo and Rosie (Ussery) Blaylock in Fort Worth. He was a welder and retired truck driver for Denton State School. He married Debra on Sept. 23, 1993 in Denton.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Blaylock, Justin; three sons, Chad and Brad Blaylock both of Justin and Paul Baker, Cado Mills; brother, Bill Blaylock, Sunset; 11 grand-children; two aunts, Dolly Hill, Fort Worth and Lavern Pittman, Bowie; niece, Mindy Jones, Bowie; nephew, Bryce Blaylock, Casper, WY.Travis Blaylock, 68, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014, in Justin, Texas.
Graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 26, 2014, at Smyrna Cemetery in Sunset, Texas, with Jeff Jackson officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday, October 25, 2014, at the White Family Funeral Home.
Arrangements are entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie.

Travis was born October 23, 1946, to Elmo and Rosie (Ussery) Blaylock in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a welder and retired truck driver for Denton State School. Travis married his wife, Debra LeBlanc, on September 23, 1991, in Denton, Texas. He enjoyed baking pastries and was a devoted family man. Travis will be remembered for his devoted years of life as a husband, father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmo and Rosie Blaylock and son, Stephen Blaylock.

Travis is survived by his wife, Debra Blaylock of Justin; three sons, Chad and Brad Blaylock of Justin and Paul Baker and wife, Amy, of Cado Mills; brother, Bill Blaylock and wife Theresa of Sunset; eleven grandchildren; two aunts, Dolly Hill of Fort Worth and Laverne Pittman of Bowie; niece, Mindy Jones and husband, Clay of Bowie; nephew, Bryce Blaylock and wife, Kenda of Casper, WY.
