Blaylock was born Oct. 23, 1946 to Elmo and Rosie (Ussery) Blaylock in Fort Worth. He was a welder and retired truck driver for Denton State School. He married Debra on Sept. 23, 1993 in Denton.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Blaylock, Justin; three sons, Chad and Brad Blaylock both of Justin and Paul Baker, Cado Mills; brother, Bill Blaylock, Sunset; 11 grand-children; two aunts, Dolly Hill, Fort Worth and Lavern Pittman, Bowie; niece, Mindy Jones, Bowie; nephew, Bryce Blaylock, Casper, WY.∼Travis Blaylock, 68, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014, in Justin, Texas.
