Obituary - Lilly C. Clark dies in Bountiful

Lilly May Card Clark, 84, former Star Valley resident died May 16, 1974 in a Bountiful Utah hospital after a long illness.

She was born Sept 10, 1889, at Emporium, Pa., to Daniel Isaac Wiltsie and Rosaltha Beldin Card. She married Heber D. Clark, a Star Valley pioneer, Oct 11, 1911, in the Salt Lake Temple. She taught school in Auburn, Fairview, Grover and Afton, and helped her husband on the farm.

She was active in the LDS Church, was a retired temple worker and genealogical researcher, and was a dramatics teacher. She had lived in Bountiful since 1928.

She is survived by her husband; sons and daughters, don B., Ventura, Calif.; Harvey D., Centerville, Utah; Mrs Audrey Clark Case, Mrs Don O (Sibyl) Stewart, both of Bountiful; Mrs LaRue Pachner, Oakland, Calif.; Mrs Maxine C. Repas, East Lansing, Mich,; Mrs Gloria C. Treseder, San Jose, Calif.; 20 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted May 20 in the Bountiful 24th Ward Chapel. Burial was in the Farmington City Cemetery.
