Mrs. Clara Jane Moore

Mrs. Clara Jane Moore died Saturday noon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joseph Parks, in Juniata Gap, Blair county.

Born in Huntingdon county, January 10, 1857, she was a daughter of Nathan and Hannah (Isenberg) Lafferty. Her husband, Calvin Blair Moore died in 1912.

Members of the family include seven children, Harry of Juniata, Charles of Ebensburg, Mrs. Isabelle Hyde of Stafford City, Pa., Mrs. Ida Harold of West Virginia, Mrs. Martha McNelly of Wehnwood, Mrs. George Shultz of Juniata Gap and Mrs. Parks, at whose home she died; twenty-seven grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Ida Bressler of Pender, Neb.

Mrs. Moore was a member of the Mardorf Methodist church.

Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Eldon Marlock of Mardorf Methodist church, Altoona, at the church at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Interment following in Asbury cemetery. The body may be viewed at the home of Mrs. Joseph Parks.
