Mary was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Charles & Helen (Yugler) Watahorvich.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Mary volunteered several years for the Salvation Army in Philadelphia. She was a very active member of Faith Bible Fellowship Church including serving as the pianist for many years.
Mary was very musically inclined and played many different instruments. She enjoyed reading, knitting and cooking. Mary’s passion was being involved with her church and she loved church music.
She is survived by a son, Dennis Sadler & wife, Carol Jean of Allentown, PA; two daughter-in-laws, Donna Sadler of Horsham, PA and Rebecca Sadler of Souderton, PA; nine grandchildren & fifteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, A. James “Jim” Sadler III and David Richard Sadler, two sisters – Anne & Sophie and a brother, Charles.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 12:00 pm at Anders-Detweiler Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 E. Broad St., Souderton, Pennsylvania 18964 where friends may view and meet with the family from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Burial will take place at Sellersville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The Salvation Army, 440 West Nyack Road, West Nyack, NY 10994. Please include “Mary Sadler” in the memo.
