He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Margaret, his children Julie (Nelson), Keith (Nancy) and Lisa (Ron), his grandchildren Ashlee (Roger), Brad, Matthew and Chelsea, his great grandchildren Graham and Benjamin, his sister Alma, in her 96th year, along with several cherished nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother Mac, sisters Eileen and Norma and son-in-law Denis. His life included service to his country with the Royal Canadian Air Force in WWII and the successful operation of his businesses Dunn's and Summer's Hardware stores for many years. He regarded his family and church as his most important commitments and joys in life. A Masonic Life Member, he also considered the opportunity to provide volunteer work and community service to be a privilege.
