Jo Ann had acute leukemia and passed away at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas on Sunday, March 19, 2006 with her loving husband by her side. She was laid to rest in the Petrolia Cemetery on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at 2 pm, her services were held at the Faith Freewill Baptist Church in Wichita Falls.
